Ingredients:
1) 1 x 12g packet agar agar powder
2) 200g sugar
3) 60 ml thick coconut milk
4) 870 ml water
5) 2 egg yolks
6) a pinch of salt
7) Juice of 5 or 6 pandan leaves
8) 1/2 tsp green colouring
Method:
1) Beat egg yolks lightly with a pinch of salt. Add coconut milk, pandan juice and green colouring and stir till combined.

2) First add in agar agar powder and sugar in saucepan then add in water and bring it all to boil. Stir constantly to prevent agar agar powder from sticking to bottom of pan.
3) Pour mixture (1) into boiling agar agar. Stir well and turn off heat. Cover mixture for a while before pouring into rinsed mould to set.
4) When agar agar has set, chill in the fridge before cutting into serving pieces.
