(Recipe from Amy Beh with slight modifications)
Ingredients
1) 175g butter
2) 180g castor sugar
3) 1 tsp vanilla essence
4) 2 small eggs, lightly beaten with a forkSift:
5) 280g plain flour
6) 1/2 tsp baking powder
7) 25g cocoa powder
8) 1/8 tsp salt
9) 1 packet semi-sweet chocolate chips
10) 1 small packet of raisins

Method
1) Lightly grease baking trays. Preheat oven to 180 ÂșC.
2) Cream butter, sugar and essence until light and creamy. Beat in eggs gradually.
3) Fold in sifted dry ingredients, chocolate chips and raisins and mix well.
4) Drop teaspoonfuls of mixture onto prepared trays, allowing space for cookies to expand.
5) Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool cookies for one to two minutes on the tray before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Note: This cookie is chewy texture..
