Ingredients:
- 2 cups of plain flour
- 8 gm of dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon of caster sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
(Mix all the above together into a mixing bowl)
- 2 tablespoon of Olive Oil
- 3/4 cup of warm water
Method:
1. Add oil and water into the the dry ingredients.
2. Mix it to small dough using a spatula/wooden spoon.
3. Knead the dough on a flour surface until soft and stretchable.
4.
Put the dough into a bowl and cover it with cling wrap and leave it
outside in room temp for about 30 mins or until it double its size.5.
After it risen, open the cling wrap, then "punch down ONCE to rid the
air bubbles".
6. Remove dough from bowl and knead it gently for 1 min on flour surface again.
7.Roll the dough out to the desire size and decorate your pizza.
(I usually use tomato puree as base. cheddar or mozzarella on the top. And any fillings u like).
8.
Bake at 160 degrees for 20 mins. PS: depends on how thick you want your
pizza to be. I made mine thin. I managed to get the size of 1 personal
and 1 regular pizza from the recipe above.
