Steamed Teriyaki Salmon

Always made this simple dish for dinner every week.

Ingredients:

1) 200-300gm fresh salmon
2) 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3) 2 tsp of sugar
4) 3 tbsp of teriyaki sauce
5) Chop garlic to be sprinkle on top

Method:

1) Wash salmon and pat dry
2) Mix olive oil, teriyaki sauce and sugar well with the fish. Make sure fish well marinated
3) Place chop garlic on top
4) Steam for 10-12 mins
