Breaded Pork Chops



Ingredients:
- 300 gm loin meat
- 8 pieces of cream/butter crackers (finely crushed)

Seasoning
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp light soya sauce
- 2 teaspoon shao xing wine (optional)
- dash of pepper
- 3 teaspoon corn flour

Method
1. Sliced the loin meat into at least 1/2 cm thick.
2. Use a meat tenderizer hammer and hammer each side of the pork chop. (Make sure all areas of the meat is at least hammered once)
3. Marinate the pork chops with the seasoning for at least 1 hour.
4. Heat up oil, coat the both sides of the pork chops with biscuit crumbs and deep fried.
5. Remove when turn golden brown.
