Ingredients
700gm Large Prawns2 Fuji Apples
1 Mango
1/2 Honeydew
Handful of Raisins
Sauces
2 tablespoons of Tartar Sauce
5 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
Method
1. De-vein prawns, boiled for 7 mins (or until cooked) and remove shell2. Cut all fruits into small cubic pieces
3. Add in all sauces and chill for 1 hour before serving
